Nathan Jeppsen, Esq., has more than 20 years of legal experience and has represented thousands of clients across Wyoming and Utah. He is also one of the only experienced immigration attorneys in Western Wyoming. A skilled trial lawyer, he has handled a wide range of serious criminal cases, including homicide, aggravated assault, sex crimes, drug offenses, fraud, theft, and domestic violence. His practice also covers DUI defense, hunting and fishing violations, and other criminal matters, making him a trusted advocate in high-stakes cases.
Jeppsen earned his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Utah State University, with minors in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, and Spanish. He went on to earn his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law, where he was active in the Federalist Society and served as vice president. His academic background reflects both legal and interdisciplinary training that has guided his broad-based practice. Licensed in Wyoming and Utah, he is fluent in Spanish, and his entire office staff is bilingual.
Beyond criminal defense, Jeppsen has extensive experience representing clients in personal injury and medical malpractice matters, as well as bankruptcy proceedings. He is also one of the few attorneys in Western Wyoming with significant immigration law experience, making his practice uniquely positioned to serve diverse communities. Nathan Jeppsen began his career with the firm of Perry, Malmberg, and Perry in Logan, Utah, before serving as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children. In 2006, he opened his solo practice in Rock Springs, Wyoming, where he continues to represent clients in criminal, civil, and immigration cases. His reputation for strong advocacy, cultural understanding, and trial experience has made him a respected attorney in Sweetwater County and beyond.
