Greg Siskind

Greg Siskind is the founding partner of Siskind Susser, PC, where he has dedicated more than three decades to advancing immigration law. His practice includes representing individuals, businesses, and institutions in complex immigration matters while shaping national policies through advocacy, thought leadership, and innovative legal approaches. He is widely regarded as a pioneer in modern immigration practice.

Greg earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 1986 and then completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Chicago Law School in 1990. Beginning his career at the age of 22, he quickly established himself as an authority in immigration law, co-founding Siskind Susser, PC in 1994. His strong academic background has continually supported his ability to craft practical solutions in evolving legal landscapes.

Throughout his career, Greg has authored seven books and numerous chapters that serve as authoritative resources in the field. He has also developed legislation, testified before the U.S. House Immigration Subcommittee, and introduced technological tools to enhance legal access to immigration services. His efforts helped modernize the practice of immigration law, from launching the first immigration law firm website to creating AI-based solutions for attorneys and clients.
