Paige Hoster Good

Paige Hoster Good is a shareholder at McAfee & Taft in Oklahoma City, where she represents employers in all phases of labor and employment law. Her practice includes defending clients in individual and class action litigation under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA, as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration panels.

Paige earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Oklahoma in 2013, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Indian Law Review and competed on the National Trial Competition Team. She received her B.A. in Religious Studies, summa cum laude, also from the University of Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and multiple federal district courts.

In addition to handling litigation, Paige partners with employers on day-to-day workplace compliance, policies, and training. She drafts and reviews employee handbooks, executive employment agreements, non-solicitation provisions, and workplace drug and alcohol testing policies, including those involving medical marijuana laws. Paige also advises businesses on I-9 employment eligibility verification, reductions in force (RIFs), wage and hour compliance, and internal workplace investigations.

Paige’s practice includes advising institutions of higher education and employers on Title IX compliance. She regularly conducts internal investigations and trains HR professionals on anti-discrimination, anti-retaliation, and best employment practices.
