Lindsey earned her Master’s in Business Administration in 2017 from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management, specializing in Policy and Planning. She then completed her Juris Doctor in 2020 at the University of New Mexico School of Law. During law school, she was a tutor for the Torts class and received the Torts Scholar Award for her mentorship and dedication to first-year students.

Lindsey launched her legal career at leading civil insurance defense law firms in Albuquerque, where she handled complex litigation including medical malpractice, trucking and transportation, professional liability, general liability, and construction defect claims. These early positions refined her courtroom and negotiation skills and gave her a deep, practical understanding of a wide range of insurance defense and civil litigation matters.
