Kenneth M. “Kam” Culbreth III is a dedicated attorney with a focus on real estate, probate, trust administration, contracts, and general civil litigation. Kenneth earned his Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018. He also spent a year at El Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico City, studying literature and government. He then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2021 with a Juris Doctor.
Kenneth was an active member of the St. Mary’s Law Journal, where his legal writing was published and honored. As a Comments Editor, he contributed to the editorial process while also earning Credit with Honors. He gained hands-on experience through the Criminal Justice Clinic, representing low-income individuals in various criminal matters.
Kenneth also completed a remote summer clerkship with the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals. There, he worked directly with Justice Liza A. Rodriguez and staff attorneys, further developing his skills in legal writing, analysis, and courtroom procedures.
Kenneth began his law practice in Northern New Mexico, handling a broad range of legal issues. His clients include individuals and businesses involved in property disputes, contract issues, probate, and trust administration. He is known for his thoughtful legal guidance and diligent representation.
