Olivia Rottman is the founding attorney of Prestige Legal, PLLC, where she delivers tailored legal solutions for small business owners across Arkansas. With a background in entrepreneurship and a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face, she brings real-world experience and legal precision to every client engagement.

Before establishing her legal practice, Olivia founded and managed both a roofing company and a real estate investment firm. This hands-on business experience informs her legal approach and fuels her mission to protect entrepreneurs from both expected and unexpected risks. She focuses on providing strategic legal counsel that supports business growth and safeguards long-term interests.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She later obtained her Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition to her law license, she holds an active Arkansas Insurance Agent license, adding an extra layer of insight to her business law practice.

Olivia’s areas of practice include business formation, contract drafting, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate transactions, construction law, and civil litigation.
