Noah S. Trombly is a partner at Trombly & Singer, PLLC, where he represents victims of serious injuries in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Since joining the firm in 2019, Noah has built a strong record of success in state and federal courts, helping clients injured in car accidents, slip and falls, pedestrian incidents, and cases involving unsafe conditions. In 2025, his hard work and results earned him a promotion to partner. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2024, highlighting his growing impact in the field of personal injury law.
Noah earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He then attended William & Mary Law School, where he received his J.D., cum laude. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, and externed with a D.C. Superior Court judge.
Before joining Trombly & Singer, PLLC, Noah clerked for the Honorable Anthony C. Epstein at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Since then, he has secured several notable settlements for injured clients. These include a $4.2 million settlement for a shooting victim due to inadequate security, and six-figure results in cases involving car crashes, bus and truck collisions, falls due to poor apartment conditions, and more. His cases often involve concussions, broken bones, and other serious harm. Noah’s legal work helps individuals recover compensation and hold wrongdoers accountable.
Noah S.
