About
Anthony Carr is a partner at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., where he plays a key role in the firm’s personal injury team. With a deep commitment to justice, he represents individuals who have suffered serious injury or loss due to negligence, abuse, or wrongful acts. His legal work spans a wide range of complex matters, including sexual assault, product liability, crashworthiness cases, nursing home abuse, Section 1983 civil rights claims, municipal liability, and toxic torts such as asbestos exposure. Licensed in five states and three federal courts, Anthony brings a broad geographic reach and national experience to every case.
Anthony earned his B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University in 2008 and received his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2013.
Anthony began his legal career at Galiher DeRobertis Waxman in 2013, handling high-stakes injury and toxic exposure cases. He joined Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in 2017, where he advanced from associate to partner by 2020. Today, he serves as co-chair of the firm’s YDC Victim Compensation Group and helped secure the group’s first client settlement. He remains a driving force behind the ongoing YDC Settlement Fund effort.
Recognized for his legal acumen and advocacy, Anthony Carr has been named to Super Lawyers since 2024 and selected as a Rising Star from 2019 to 2020. He also earned recognition in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2022. Beyond his legal practice, he holds leadership roles in organizations such as the New Hampshire Association for Justice, the Hawaii Association for Justice and serves as president of the Gary O. Galiher Foundation. Anthony continues to publish and speak on topics including elder abuse, asbestos litigation, and vaccine injury law, demonstrating his depth of knowledge and commitment to helping injured clients pursue justice.
