Jonathan Johnson

Jonathan Johnson is a partner at The Johnson Firm in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he represents clients in personal injury, car accident, wrongful death, and truck accident cases. Since beginning his legal career in 2006, Jonathan has earned a reputation for his precision in legal strategy, deep courtroom experience, and commitment to justice. Jonathan earned his B.S. in Accounting and Bachelor of Civil Law from Louisiana State University, followed by a J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.

Admitted to practice by the Louisiana Supreme Court and the Western District Federal Court of Louisiana, Jonathan has distinguished himself as both a litigator and a legal leader. Within just five years of practice, he was honored as the “Most Outstanding Young Lawyer in Louisiana” by the Louisiana Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division in 2011. That same year, he received the President’s Award from the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association. He serves as Commissioner of the Lake Charles Harbor & Terminal District, a board member of the Louisiana Bar Foundation, and Secretary of the SWLA Bar Association Executive Council.
