Nida C. Wood brings more than a decade of legal experience to a practice defined by integrity, preparation, and compassionate advocacy. Focused primarily on family law, Nida C. Wood represents clients in complex divorce, custody, property, and post-decree matters with a steady hand and strategic insight. Her experience includes trial, appellate, mediation, business law, and collaborative law, allowing for tailored representation across a broad spectrum of domestic litigation issues.

Prior to co-founding her current firm, Nida Wood served as a senior attorney with the largest domestic litigation firm in the country. There, she managed legal teams across multiple offices while maintaining an active caseload that included multimillion-dollar property disputes, child custody modifications, enforcement actions, and appeals. This high-level experience now informs a boutique-style practice where clients receive personalized, responsive legal counsel grounded in trust and mutual respect.

Nida is known for cultivating open, professional relationships with clients—ensuring that every detail, both positive and challenging, is shared transparently to support the most effective legal strategy. Her ability to listen deeply and advocate vigorously enables strong results, even in emotionally charged and high-conflict family law matters.

Licensed to practice in Texas, Nida earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Houston. While in law school, she studied under U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito and participated in an international law program in Innsbruck, Austria. She also gained valuable insight through judicial clerkships and hands-on experience with prominent Houston attorneys.

An active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the College of the State Bar of Texas, Nida Wood has taught advanced litigation and evidentiary courses to fellow legal professionals.
