Holly E. Snow

Holly E. Snow is a partner in the Corporate practice at Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on leveraged finance and various debt financing transactions. Holly advises clients concerning leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, working capital facilities, refinancing deals, subordinated and mezzanine lending, and complex loan workouts and restructurings.

Holly earned her J.D. with honors from The University of Chicago Law School in 2009 and her B.A. cum laude from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2006. As an undergraduate, she was a Yale Law School Arthur Liman Public Interest Fellow, a Tow Fellow, and a Francene Rodgers Fellow.

With extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border commercial finance, Holly represents clients across industries in high-value transactions, including those with global and multi-jurisdictional components. She also brings deep knowledge of the renewable energy sector, representing clients in developing, financing, acquiring, and distributing energy projects, particularly in the clean energy space.

Holly is also recognized for her leadership and dedication to pro bono work. She serves as a pro bono coordinator for the Paul Hastings Chicago office. She has earned several awards for her public interest advocacy, including the Clyde E. Murphy Award from the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and a “Rising Star” recognition from the National Immigrant Justice Center.
