Alexander Goldenberg

Alexander Goldenberg is a dedicated and experienced lawyer at Wang Hecker LLP. He focuses on civil rights, commercial, and criminal law. He served as a law clerk for judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, worked with the Equal Justice Initiative, and completed internships with both the Federal Defenders of New York and the Bronx Defenders.

Throughout his career, Mr. Goldenberg has won major victories for clients. He helped secure a $1.4 million settlement for a transgender woman harmed at Rikers Island. He has also represented victims of racial discrimination, sexual harassment, and false arrests. His clients have included individuals, companies, and estates. He’s argued in both federal and state courts and has helped overturn wrongful convictions.
