Nicole Westbrook

Nicole Westbrook is a shareholder at Jones & Keller with over 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, and MLM defense. Known for her strategic approach and trial expertise, she represents clients in breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, real estate litigation, and trade secret cases. Her ability to advocate on both the plaintiff and defense sides allows her to deliver well-rounded legal strategies in high-stakes disputes.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Wyoming. She is licensed in Colorado and admitted to practice before the Tenth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as multiple U.S. District Courts. Before entering private practice, she clerked for the busiest federal trial court in the United States, gaining valuable insight into litigation strategy and courtroom procedures.
