Henry F. “Hank” Bailey, Jr. is a highly skilled trial attorney with 45 years of experience handling civil litigation, employment law, personal injury, and utility law. Henry F. Bailey, Jr. earned his B.S. in Economics with highest honors from the University of Wyoming in 1975 and later obtained his J.D. with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1978. During law school, he contributed to the Land and Water Review, showcasing his ability to analyze legal and policy issues.

From 1978 to 1986, Henry served as general trial counsel for Union Pacific Railroad Company, gaining significant courtroom experience.
