Jason W. Shanks

Jason W. Shanks is a highly experienced attorney focusing on debt collection, construction law, creditor representation in bankruptcy, and litigation. He represents banks, lenders, insurance companies, contractors, and businesses in legal disputes involving account debts, foreclosures, lien filings, and insurance subrogation claims.

Jason earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Pre-Law (with honors) from Southwest State University in 1999. He later obtained his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2002.

Jason has built a strong legal career since being admitted to practice in South Dakota (2002) and Minnesota (2010). He handles foreclosures, creditor representation, and insurance defense.
