Nick Joya is the President and Founding Attorney of Joya Injury Law, one of Florida’s leading personal injury law firms. Mr. Joya earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2008, graduating with honors. He went on to receive his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, he was active in the immigration clinic and clerked for the Honorable Judge Jose Rodriguez. His education and early experiences gave him strong courtroom skills and a commitment to justice that shape his work today.

Since founding Joya Injury Law, Mr. Joya has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for injured clients. His extensive trial experience sets him apart from other attorneys, as he has successfully argued cases in State and Federal District Courts throughout Florida.
