Nick has earned recognition from his peers, including being selected among the Top Lawyers of Omaha and previously named to Rising Stars for multiple years. He is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Supreme Court of Nebraska, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
