Nicholas Passalacqua

During law school, he served on the Moot Court & Trial Advocacy Board and graduated from the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, one of the nation’s selective trial-training programs.

Nicholas has more than a decade of experience handling criminal defense, personal injury, DWI defense, and federal matters. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, where he has represented clients in complex cases. His background also includes time as an associate attorney and earlier roles with a district attorney’s office and a New York Supreme Court chamber.
