Thomas M. Dickey has built a long-standing career as a dedicated criminal defense attorney serving individuals across Pennsylvania. Pettit College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor Honors in 1984. His education provided the foundation for his early work in the Blair County Public Defenders’ Office and shaped the approach he brings to every case.

Thomas entered private practice in 1984 and quickly earned a reputation for strong representation in courts throughout more than 50 Pennsylvania counties.
