Arthur R. Frost

Arthur R. Frost is a highly respected trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He is known for strong courtroom advocacy, clear communication, and a commitment to protecting the rights of individuals facing serious legal challenges. He has argued cases in both state and federal courts and has appeared before New York’s highest court. His career includes work on complex criminal matters and injury cases involving auto accidents, unsafe conditions, and medical errors. He is a partner of Frost & Kavanaugh and a Rensselaer County Assistant Public Defender.

Arthur earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. He also completed a B.A. in Philosophy at Thomas More College. He is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Arthur has represented clients throughout his career in cases ranging from serious felony charges to lower-level offenses. He has handled matters throughout the region, including federal cases in both New York and Vermont. His work includes defending clients accused of violent crimes, drug offenses, and other significant charges.
