Nadeska Nino-Gomez

Nadeska Nino-Gomez brings an international legal background and diverse professional experience to her legal practice. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she developed a strong foundation in both law and business before continuing her education and career in the United States. Her experience spans legal services, financial operations, compliance, and risk management, allowing her to approach client matters with a broad understanding of both legal and practical concerns.

Nadeska earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Nuevas Profesiones Institute in 1997. She later received her International J.D. from Santa Maria University in 2005. Continuing her academic development, she earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University in 2013 and a Master’s in Law from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2018. Her educational path reflects a commitment to expanding her knowledge across law, business, and professional leadership.

Nadeska began her professional career while still pursuing her legal studies. During that time, she worked within the financial industry, serving in positions that included consultant, manager, and risk and compliance officer. These roles provided valuable insight into regulatory requirements, business operations, and financial institutions. After earning her law degree, she worked as a corporate attorney in a Financial Institution, where she gained practical experience handling legal matters within a corporate environment.

Nadeska focuses her legal practice on Traffic/OWI, Criminal Defense, Small Claims, Family Law, and Immigration matters. She assists individuals facing a wide variety of legal challenges, helping them understand their options and navigate complex legal processes. Her background in both domestic and international legal systems provides a unique perspective when addressing matters that require careful analysis, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Nadeska Nino-Gomez continues to serve individuals with dedication, drawing upon her extensive education, legal training, and professional experience. Nadeska is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Fond du Lac County Bar Association, Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Hispanic National Bar Association. She has also been admitted to practice in the Federal courts for both the Eastern District and the Western District of Wisconsin. Through her legal work, she helps clients address important personal and legal issues while providing guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.
