N. John Bey

N. John Bey is the Founder and Owner of Bey & Associates, a nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm with offices in Georgia, Ohio, Louisiana, and Alabama. He leads a team of experienced attorneys who handle serious cases involving catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, defective drugs and products, and wrongful death. His firm is not volume-driven and carefully selects cases to provide focused, strategic representation.

John earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. His legal education strengthened his skills in research, writing, and courtroom advocacy. These academic foundations continue to guide his approach to complex litigation and client service. His studies prepared him to analyze difficult cases and develop strong legal strategies.

Throughout his career, John has achieved significant results for individuals and families harmed by negligence. Most notably, he helped secure a $52 million jury verdict in a negligent security case. He is known for detailed preparation, strong courtroom presence, and thoughtful case evaluation. By limiting the number of cases his firm accepts, he ensures every client receives personal attention and clear communication.

He serves in national and state legal organizations and frequently speaks at conferences on trial advocacy and case strategy. His firm supports scholarships and community programs that promote access to legal education and opportunity.
