Jason R. Schultz

Jason R. Schultz is a Georgia trial attorney who focuses on serious injury litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, products liability, and premises liability. For more than three decades, he has represented individuals harmed by careless or reckless conduct, guiding them through complex claims and insurance disputes.

Jason earned his B.S., magna cum laude, in 1988 from Florida State University. He then received his J.D., summa cum laude, in 1991 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. During law school, he served as Associate Editor of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Review from 1990-1991, sharpening his research, writing, and analytical skills.

Jason was admitted to the Bar in 1991 in Georgia and Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. His courtroom work includes complex trucking and injury litigation.

Recognized for his trial skill, Jason has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer in 2007, 2009, and selected among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Georgia. He authored “The Ultimate Guide to Injury Cases in Georgia -The Truth About Your Injury Case” in 2007 and co-authored several articles in Verdict, including “Discovery in Trucking Cases” and “The Sleepy Killer: THE TIRED TRUCK DRIVER.” He also presented “Trucking Litigation and D.O.T. Regulations in Georgia” for Lorman Education Services.
