Linley Jones

Linley Jones is one of Atlanta’s most respected trial lawyers, with 25 years of experience handling complex and high-stakes cases. She focuses her practice on legal malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death claims. Linley earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was a Fuller Callaway Scholar and served as political editor of the Georgia State Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Emory University. She was admitted at age 16 as a Kemper Foundation Scholar in Business and made the Dean’s List all four years.

Linley is the first woman lawyer in the United States to be board certified in legal malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, an ABA-approved board. She has secured multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements for deserving clients and has appeared on CNN more than 100 times as a Senior Legal Analyst.
