Attorney Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University in 2002 and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association chapters in New York City and New Jersey.

Before establishing her firm, Attorney Kim served as a Partner at a prominent high-volume immigration law firm in New York City for nearly a decade. During this time, she gained extensive experience handling family-based immigration matters, employment-based visa petitions, and removal defense.

In her practice, Attorney Kim represents clients in a wide range of immigration cases, including non-immigrant visa petitions such as H-1B, O-1, TN, and E-2, as well as employment-based immigrant visa applications such as EB-1, EB-2, and NIW. She also assists clients with family-based immigration, provisional waivers, naturalization, DACA, VAWA self-petitions, and humanitarian parole.
