Jessica Marie Kludt

Jessica Marie Kludt is the Managing Partner of Townsend Allala, Coulter & Kludt, PLLC, in El Paso, Texas, where she focuses her practice on elder law, probate administration, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and asset protection. Known for her compassionate approach and exceptional legal acumen, Ms. Kludt helps clients safeguard their assets, navigate complex probate matters, and plan for long-term care with confidence and peace of mind.

A native of El Paso, Ms. Kludt earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin. During law school, she volunteered with the Domestic Violence Survivors Support Network. She served as a sighted guide for a blind law student, demonstrating her commitment to service and inclusion early in her career. After earning her law degree, she returned to El Paso to partner with her mother, Stephanie Townsend Allala, in developing a leading estate and elder law firm.

Throughout her career,  Ms. Kludt has been recognized for her professional excellence and community service. She was named a Top 10 Elder Law Attorney in Texas by Attorney and Practice Magazine in 2023 and has received both the President’s Award (2020) and Pro Bono Award (2021) from the El Paso Bar Association. She has also served as President of the El Paso Probate Bar Association and on the Board of Directors for the El Paso Bar Association and Adult Protective Services Silver Star Charity.

A frequent lecturer on estate planning and elder law, Jessica Marie Kludt regularly speaks at legal and community events throughout Texas and New Mexico. Her leadership, compassion, and unwavering dedication continue to make her a trusted advocate for families and seniors in the El Paso community.
