Melody M. Fox

Melody M. Fox is a partner at Fox Injury Law and a committed personal injury attorney who has spent her entire career fighting for the rights of those harmed by others’ negligence. She has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for her clients and is known for providing personalized legal services with a deep commitment to justice. Melody handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including negligent security, dog bites, slip and falls, and rideshare accidents.

Melody earned her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she competed on the Negotiations Team and received the 2012 Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Bono Award for devoting the most pro bono hours in her class. She earned her B.A. in Political Science with a focus in International Relations from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Before entering personal injury law, Melody gained valuable courtroom experience as a lead trial attorney at one of metro-Atlanta’s largest criminal defense firms. There, she represented clients who could not afford private counsel, learning to navigate high-stakes trials and defend her clients’ rights under pressure. She later worked at one of Georgia’s largest personal injury firms before co-founding Fox Injury Law to provide more attentive, boutique-style representation tailored to individual client needs.

Melody M. Fox is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
