Melody M. Fox

Melody M. Fox is a partner at Fox Injury Law and a committed personal injury attorney who has spent her entire career fighting for the rights of those harmed by others’ negligence. She has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for her clients and is known for providing personalized legal services with a deep commitment to justice. Melody handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including negligent security, dog bites, slip and falls, and rideshare accidents.

Melody earned her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she competed on the Negotiations Team and received the 2012 Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Bono Award for devoting the most pro bono hours in her class. She earned her B.A. in Political Science with a focus in International Relations from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Before focusing on personal injury law, Melody built a strong trial background as a lead attorney at one of metro Atlanta’s largest criminal defense firms. She represented clients who couldn’t afford private counsel, handling high-stakes jury trials and aggressively protecting their rights in court. Melody then joined one of Georgia’s largest personal injury firms, where she gained extensive experience with complex injury cases. She later co-founded Fox Injury Law to deliver more personalized, boutique-style legal representation, giving each client the focused attention their case deserves.
