While in law school, he conducted policy research on children’s access to mental health services through Medicaid. He presented his findings to the Legislative Health and Human Services Committee on behalf of the J. Paul Taylor Taskforce.
Prior to law school, Brian completed his undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico, earning a B.A. in cultural anthropology in 2008. He is admitted to practice in the New Mexico State Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
