About
Kimberly D. Jeselskis is a dedicated employment and labor law attorney who represents individuals and employers in matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, FMLA violations, wage disputes, and disability benefit claims. As a Registered Civil Mediator, she also provides mediation services for employment-related disputes throughout Indiana.
Kim earned her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2000, where she completed a full-time externship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Phoenix, Arizona. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Ball State University and authored research on problem-solving strategies and distance learning. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude, from Ball State University.
With admissions to practice in Indiana and Arizona, Kim is licensed before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the District of Arizona, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. She litigates in state and federal courts and appears before agencies such as the EEOC, MSPB, ICRC, SEAC, and the Department of Labor.
Kimberly D. Jeselskis advises clients on severance and executive agreements and restrictive covenants, including non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. Her practice covers the full scope of the employment relationship, from hiring and compliance to post-employment matters.
