Megan D. Card

Megan D. Card is a dedicated attorney at Budd Bay Law, P.S., where she focuses on family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. She represents clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, parenting plans, child support, protection orders, firearm restoration, and vacation of criminal records. With extensive courtroom and trial experience, she has represented more than 1,200 clients. She is known for clear strategy, careful preparation, and strong advocacy. Megan has also handled appeals before the Washington Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court, achieving successful outcomes for her clients.

Megan earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law Cum Laude, and her B.A. from Eastern Washington University. She is admitted to practice in Washington State Courts (2010) and the Supreme Court of the United States of America (2018). Her strong academic training supports her detailed legal research, persuasive writing, and effective courtroom argument.
