Matthew Zentz is a seasoned Indiana attorney known for his strong legal advocacy in family law, DCS/CHINS defense, probate matters, and criminal law. Matthew began his education with a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies from Indiana University, graduating with high distinction. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Indiana and admitted to the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Matthew focuses his practice on adoption, guardianship, divorce, and estate planning, guiding clients through every stage of the legal process. He is especially recognized for his experience in DCS litigation and criminal defense. Known for his thorough preparation and strategic thinking, Matthew uses his deep legal knowledge to build strong defense strategies and achieve practical, family-centered solutions.

Before entering law, Matthew served in the United States Marine Corps, beginning his service at age seventeen. Following the events of September 11th, he continued to serve in the Indiana Army National Guard. He also worked as a Teamster and Union Representative. This combination of service and work experience gives him a grounded, client-focused approach to legal issues.

Matthew Zentz is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He also holds lifetime memberships with the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
