Matthew Zentz is a seasoned Indiana attorney known for his strong legal advocacy in family law, DCS/CHINS defense, probate matters, and criminal law. Matthew began his education with a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies from Indiana University, graduating with high distinction. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Indiana and admitted to the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Matthew’s legal work includes representing clients in adoption, guardianship, divorce, and estate planning cases. He is particularly respected for his work in DCS litigation and criminal defense. Matthew approaches each case with detailed preparation and uses his legal knowledge to create strong defense strategies or family-focused resolutions.

Before entering law, Matthew served in the United States Marine Corps, beginning his service at age seventeen. Following the events of September 11th, he continued to serve in the Indiana Army National Guard. He also worked as a Teamster and Union Representative. This combination of service and work experience gives him a grounded, client-focused approach to legal issues.

Matthew Zentz is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He also holds lifetime memberships with the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
