Attorney Matthew V. Parker brings over two decades of justice system experience to his legal practice. Matthew began his academic journey earning a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies with a Minor in Women and Gender Studies from Arizona State University. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2017. His education laid the groundwork for a career dedicated to both legal advocacy and investigative excellence.

Matthew founded OPS Consulting and Investigative Services LLC in 2017, providing litigation support and investigation services throughout Arizona. Before that, he served as a Special Agent for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. His investigative background gives him a critical edge, allowing him to uncover facts and evidence that strengthen client outcomes.

Matthew also serves as a pro bono investigator for the Cold Case Foundation. In this role, he applies his legal and investigative skills to unsolved homicides and missing persons cases, offering hope and closure to affected families. His volunteer work reflects his deep commitment to justice and community service.

Matthew has shared his legal insight with the public through media appearances. As a legal analyst on TV One’s “Fatal Attraction” and a contributor to the Audible Series “All the Gory Details,” he brings attention to complex legal issues and underreported cases.
