Matthew P. Lipinsky

Matthew P. Lipinsky is an experienced criminal defense and family law attorney who has represented clients at every level of the New York State court system. He began his career as a prosecutor, gaining valuable insight into how cases are investigated, charged, and litigated. He later worked at a mid-size Manhattan law firm before opening his own practice in Westchester in 2015. With thousands of cases handled, he brings seasoned judgment and practical skill to every client matter.

Mr. Lipinsky earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his B.A. from Williams College. He is licensed to practice in New York and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the New Rochelle Bar Association.
