Martin Postic, Jr.

Martin “Marty” Postic, Jr., president of his firm, brings more than four decades of experience counseling clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, real estate, and asset protection. His practice is distinguished by client-focused service and consistent recognition in The Best Lawyers in America and Oklahoma Super Lawyers.

Martin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1980, after completing a B.B.A. in Marketing at the University of Oklahoma in 1977. From 1997 to 2007, he served as an adjunct professor of estate planning at Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business.

Martin regularly leads educational seminars on charitable giving, guardianships, and trust management, helping individuals and families make informed estate planning decisions. His legal insights have been featured on both radio and television. He is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, all three federal district courts in Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, Martin has been active in professional organizations such as the Oklahoma Bar Association, serving in leadership roles within its Real Property Section and Title Standards Committee. He is also a long-standing South OKC Lawyers Association member and the OKC Real Property Lawyers Association.

Civically engaged, Martin has served as Rotary District Governor and has been honored with Rotary International’s “Service Above Self Award.” He also receives the Silver Beaver Award for distinguished service to youth through scouting, and remains active in numerous charitable initiatives across Oklahoma.
