Greg Racki

Greg Racki is the Managing Attorney of his firm RackiLaw, LLC, and has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families plan for the future through thoughtful estate planning and probate services. Since 2006, he has guided clients through everything from simple wills to complex wealth transfer and tax minimization strategies. Known for careful listening and practical solutions, Greg tailors each plan to match his client’s unique needs and long-term goals. His work helps families protect assets, reduce tax burdens, and find peace of mind, knowing their wishes are clearly outlined.

Greg earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2006, where he was an editor of the BU Law Review, a Negotiation Competition Finalist, and a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar. He also holds a degree in Economics, giving him a strong foundation for advising clients on the financial aspects of estate planning. In 2023, Greg joined the Boston University School of Law faculty to teach courses in Trusts & Estates and Advanced Estate Plan Drafting, further sharing his knowledge with future legal professionals.

Before launching his own firm in 2009, Greg built a strong foundation in estate planning and administration in the Private Client Department at WilmerHale, where he handled complex trust and estate matters. His dedication to client service and technical excellence has been widely recognized: he was named a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Top 20 “Go To Lawyer” in Trusts & Estates and selected for Super Lawyers in 2022, and he was honored as a “Five Star Professional” by Boston Magazine in 2015.
