David M. Postic

David M. Postic is a shareholder at Postic & Bates, P.C., advising clients on estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate transactions, and elder law. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, David is known for combining legal expertise with a deep commitment to education and community service.

David earned his B.B.A. in Management from the University of Oklahoma in 2013, graduating magna cum laude. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2016, where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and was a national moot court champion.

David regularly teaches Wills & Trusts as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and contributes to the Oklahoma Bar Journal. He frequently speaks at CLE seminars, offering insight into probate, charitable giving, and trust administration.

Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, David is an active member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court, the OKC Real Property Lawyers Association, and several other leading legal organizations. His proven leadership in the Oklahoma legal community has earned him multiple professional awards and high‑level service appointments.

David M. Postic is also a committed community leader. He serves as a Trustee for the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence and co-founded the Community Fund for Moore Schools. A past president of the Oklahoma City Midtown Rotary Club, he continues to advocate for education and service initiatives across the state.
