Mark earned his B.A. in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. cum laude from Temple University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. His strong academic foundation supports a career defined by rigorous advocacy and complex litigation work.
Throughout his career, Mark has secured landmark recoveries, including multimillion-dollar verdicts in medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and insurance bad faith matters. His results include an $22.4 million verdict involving spinal surgery negligence and the largest recorded bad faith jury verdict in Pennsylvania. His leadership in mass tort litigation and appointments as liaison counsel demonstrate his ability to guide major coordinated actions with national reach.
Mark’s professional influence extends beyond the courtroom. He has been consistently recognized as a Top 10 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and honored by the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
