Mark earned his B.A. in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. cum laude from Temple University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Throughout his career, Mark has secured landmark recoveries, including multimillion-dollar verdicts in medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and insurance bad faith matters.
