Mark Hawkins

Mark Hawkins is a respected trial lawyer and mediator with decades of courtroom and arbitration experience. He handles a wide range of legal matters, including commercial and real estate litigation, construction law, and high-stakes personal injury cases across Texas. Mark earned his B.A. from the University of Texas in 1991. He went on to receive his J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1994, where he served as editor of the South Texas Law Review. His strong academic foundation supports his complex litigation and mediation practice.

Mark’s litigation work covers all phases of construction disputes, commercial lease disagreements, and high-value contract matters. He has represented national contractors, real estate developers, homeowners’ associations, and utility companies in disputes ranging from negligence to breach of contract. His jury trial results include verdicts in favor of clients in commercial, real estate, and infrastructure damage cases.

Hawkins also serves as general counsel for multiple condominium and residential associations throughout Texas, providing strategic legal guidance on day-to-day operations and efficient dispute resolution.
