Robert Zarco

Robert Zarco is the Founding and Co-Managing Partner of Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A., and a nationally recognized authority in franchise law and complex commercial litigation. For over 35 years, he has represented franchisees, business owners, and associations in high-stakes trials, legal transactions, and disputes across the U.S. and internationally. His aggressive and strategic legal style has earned him a reputation as a fierce advocate, especially in battles against major franchisors and corporations.

Zarco holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to law school, he worked as a financial analyst at General Motors while attending Pace University’s MBA program. He is admitted to practice in Florida, multiple federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A champion for franchisee rights, Zarco has secured precedent-setting outcomes in cases involving encroachment, unfair contract terms, fraud, and intellectual property disputes.
