Mark Gomez

Mark Gomez is the Chief Executive Officer of Gomez Law, APC, where he has built a respected practice dedicated to protecting the real estate rights of clients. His leadership has guided the firm in achieving millions in recoveries, successfully handling foreclosure defense, eviction matters, and complex real property disputes across California.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. Early in his career, he served with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, gaining valuable experience representing clients in challenging circumstances and building the foundation for his career in real estate law.

Mark first made his mark as a law clerk, handling foreclosure and eviction-related cases. As an attorney, he continued to take on impactful litigation, including the landmark appellate case Valbuena v. Ocwen (2015), where he successfully reversed a foreclosure and restored his client’s home. He has since expanded his practice into probate, estate planning, and civil litigation.

As CEO, Mark oversees a skilled legal team while remaining actively involved in strategic planning and case development. His practice areas include real estate disputes, partition actions, mortgage and foreclosure defense, quiet title litigation, adverse possession, and breach of contract.
