Mario H. Alfaro is a shareholder in the litigation practice group at Stream Kim, representing clients in business disputes, real estate matters, commercial conflicts, employment law, and complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Mario earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2006 and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2002. This strong academic foundation supports his ability to navigate intricate legal and commercial challenges with both analytical and strategic precision.

Mario’s courtroom record includes chairing a federal jury trial that recovered millions for a landlord against a multinational corporation, defending one of California’s largest RICO insurance fraud cases, and securing appellate victories that upheld substantial damage awards. He has also represented banks, developers, contractors, brokers, and local businesses in high-stakes disputes.
