Mario H. Mario earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2006 and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2002. This strong academic foundation supports his ability to navigate intricate legal and commercial challenges with both analytical and strategic precision.

Mario’s litigation experience spans leading a federal jury trial that recovered millions for a landlord against a global corporation, defending one of California’s largest RICO insurance fraud cases, and winning appellate decisions that preserved substantial damage awards. He also represents banks, real estate developers, contractors, brokers, and local businesses in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes.
