Marianna Moliver is a highly skilled attorney specializing in estate planning, elder law, and probate administration. She advises individuals and families on wealth preservation, estate and gift tax planning, probate avoidance, and asset protection. Additionally, she is an expert in estate planning for non-U.S. citizens and foreign nationals, helping international clients navigate complex legal matters.
Marianna earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Bench Memorandum Editor of the Moot Court Honor Society and received the B.K. Olson Scholarship. She completed her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Before founding Moliver Law, Marianna worked at several prominent New York law firms. She began her career at Alston & Bird, focusing on commercial real estate, trusts, and estate litigation. She later shifted her focus to trusts and estates law, gaining experience at various firms. Most recently, she was Of Counsel and Supervising Attorney for the Trusts & Estates Group at Romer Debbas LLP, a boutique midtown firm.
Marianna has extensive experience counseling fiduciaries on probate administration and representing them in Surrogate Court proceedings. She skillfully applies tax law to estate planning, ensuring her client’s wishes are honored while managing family and financial complexities. Marianna also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, advising on purchasing and selling New York condominiums and cooperatives.
Marianna is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars and practices in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a New York State Bar Association member and the Russian Speaking Business Attorneys Network. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association.
