Michael Gerity is a respected attorney based in Arizona, known for his dedication to client-focused legal representation. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, Colorado, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as several federal courts.

Before co-founding Israel & Gerity, PLLC, Mr. Gerity gained diverse experience as a law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, a deputy public defender, and an associate at a major Phoenix litigation firm. These roles laid the foundation for his extensive trial and appellate work, including over 30 trials and cases before Arizona’s highest courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Gerity is also committed to legal education, having taught classes at a national paralegal college and conducted corporate legal seminars. His broad legal practice includes probate, Medicaid planning, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, trademark law, and business representation.
