Maria J. Cedeno-Cassinelli, Esq., is a Litigation Associate at ODU Law Firm, LLC. Maria earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston while working full-time as a paralegal and attending law school at night. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from New York University (NYU). She also completed a Paralegal Studies Certificate at Hofstra University. In addition, she holds two master’s degrees in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and International Law and Business. Her academic training reflects a strong commitment to understanding legal systems, dispute resolution, and the complex issues that affect workers and businesses.

Maria gained valuable experience at a nationally recognized labor and employment law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, before joining ODU Law Firm, LLC. There, she represented employees in cases involving wage violations and employment disputes. She also worked on collective actions filed in federal court, helping groups of workers seek justice together. She contributed to litigation strategies, case research, and legal advocacy to hold employers accountable for violations of employment laws.
