Marc Barré

Marc Barré is a Georgia trial attorney with more than 36 years of experience defending clients in complex civil litigation. His practice focuses on automobile litigation, premises liability, construction law, insurance coverage, and extracontractual insurance matters. Marc represents large retailers, insurance carriers, restaurant chains, construction companies, and transportation entities. He has resolved thousands of cases, including claims involving catastrophic injuries and allegations seeking tens of millions of dollars in damages.

Marc Barré earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1983 after receiving his B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1980. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. His extensive courtroom experience includes advocacy in both state and federal courts, as well as service as appellate counsel in numerous matters.
