Maren Cave

Maren R. Cave is a Georgia trial attorney who represents and defends clients in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith matters. She handles general tort litigation throughout Georgia in both state and federal courts. With extensive experience defending companies in significant and catastrophic injury claims, Maren focuses on protecting her clients’ interests through strategic analysis, thorough preparation, and practical solutions tailored to each case.

Maren Cave earned her J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2000. She received her B.A. from St. Olaf College in 1997. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and has built a strong litigation foundation over more than two decades of experience. Her background supports her work in complex civil defense matters involving high-exposure claims and detailed insurance issues.

Throughout her career, Maren has handled more than a dozen jury trials in state and federal court, including serving as first chair. She has also represented clients at the appellate level. Her pragmatic approach allows her to pursue summary judgment when appropriate, try cases to verdict when necessary, or negotiate favorable resolutions. She regularly advises insurance companies and serves as a trusted legal and business partner.
