Mallorey (Malory) Morgan

Mallorey (Malory) Morgan is an employment law attorney in the Boise office of HKM Employment Attorneys LLP. She represents employees and former employees who face workplace discrimination or who are terminated after reporting allegedly illegal conduct by their employers. Her practice is focused on protecting employee rights when workplace decisions involve discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful termination and the consequences are personally and professionally significant.

Malory earned her undergraduate degree from Boise State University and her law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, she served on the Idaho Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the University of Idaho family law clinic. That clinic experience included advocating for survivors of domestic violence and strengthened her skills in client counseling, legal analysis, and direct advocacy.

Morgan’s law school work helped shape the approach she now brings to employment cases involving unequal power, difficult workplace circumstances, and serious consequences for employees. At HKM, she applies that background to claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
