Maggie Dunsmuir is a senior associate with Harlan York & Associates, where she represents clients in permanent residence, naturalization, removal defense, detention, asylum, and visa matters. Maggie earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. During her education, she studied abroad in both Ireland and Guatemala, gaining a broader perspective on international legal issues. She has obtained waivers of inadmissibility for clients worldwide. She has secured positive outcomes in reopening previously denied cases, offering clients new opportunities to remain and thrive in the United States.
