Shereen Chen Gray

Shereen Chen Gray, Of Counsel at Harlan York & Associates, brings three decades of experience in immigration law. She represents both corporate and individual clients, guiding businesses and families through complex immigration processes with efficiency and care. In addition to her role with the firm, she operates her own immigration practice in Marlton, New Jersey.

Shereen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden. Her academic and professional background enables her to advise on both compliance-focused corporate matters and individual immigration cases, providing comprehensive representation to her clients.

Shereen regularly counsels corporations on immigration concerns during mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. She develops compliance programs, conducts audits, and advises human resource departments on best practices. She also manages individual cases, including family-based petitions, naturalization, and nonimmigrant visas such as E, H, I, L, O, P, Q, and R.
