M. Scott Bailey is a founding partner and accomplished trial attorney whose practice focuses on defending healthcare providers, hospitals, and product manufacturers in high-stakes litigation. Scott earned his J.D. from Georgia State University and his B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
